At GalleryPly, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every piece is carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite what you expected — and we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Returns
We offer a no-quibble 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your order.
If you wish to return an item, please submit a request via our contact form including:

The reason for the return (to help us improve our service)
Our team will respond within 1–2 working days with instructions on how to send your item back.
Return conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged, with all packaging intact.

Please take care when repackaging to ensure the item is well protected for transit.

Returns received in unsellable condition may not qualify for a full refund.
Return postage
A £2.99 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund for UK mainland orders.
You’ll receive a pre-paid return label or return instructions once your request has been approved.
If you’re returning an item from outside the UK mainland, you’ll be responsible for arranging and covering the return postage cost unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Please note that it can take a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds to your account.
Refunds are issued for the product cost only. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation. You will not be charged any return postage fee for damaged or faulty items.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, design, or colour (where available), please contact us using the contact form. We’ll guide you through the process — typically, this involves returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order.
